And Enemy of the State.
Yesterday, I watched TwKS and today, Enemy of the State (this ain't an anime in case you're wondering why you've never heard of it).
TwKS tells us of the possible dangers of playing with time. From changing the events that are undesirable to you like screwing up in Home Economics, to matters of pride like catching the ball while playing baseball with friends, the main character, Makoto Konno, uses the time travel powers she obtains after an accident in school.
Not realising the consequences of playing around with time, she uses her new-found powers for her own benefits, which result in someone else getting hurt instead. As she changes history of the few days told in the show, the results gets worse and worse, up to the point where 2 of her friends suffer a train accident in her stead. That's when she realises the severity of her playing around with time.
How this story ends, you'll have to find out for yourself if you didn't watch it yesterday ;)
Although this is a remake of the original story, with new characters and such, it still is a good animation.
Enemy of the State.
This is another movie in which Will Smith acts in. I kinda find the movies he act in to be pretty good movies, like The Pursuit of Happiness (though I didn't watch it...) and that zombie movie (>.< I forgot the title...).
Having missed the first 15 minutes of the show due to certain circumstances, I missed why the NSA (National Security Agency [of USA]) was after. Fortunately, the movie explains it only later. He somehow obtains a video, of a high-ranking officer of the NSA, killing a Congress member, and said guy find out and sends the NSA after him.
He runs for his life, and with the help of an ex-NSA agent, pieces together why they are after him. However, he accidentally damages the video allow the way and the only proof of the act is lost. Having no other route left, he stages a risky play to get the criminal to confess to his crime.
Packed with action and wits, this is one good movie. If you missed it, too bad for you. You missed one cool movie..
